Shipping Terms and Conditions

All orders are shipped to customers using Internet Express, RAM or The Courier Guy, or others approved by BobGo via normal road freight services.

If you live on a farm or rural area, don’t hesitate to contact us so we can arrange delivery with a different method such as Postnet-to-Postnet or Paxi. If you place your order using a rural or farm address, we will also contact you to make alternative arrangements.

Purchases are generally dispatched within two to four working days of receipt of the order, if in stock.  Certain items are made to order and this can take up to 15 days for shipping. We will immediately inform you of the expected dispatch date if the item is not in stock.
